The best of Finistère badminton will meet, Monday 21 and Tuesday 22 October, in the Salle des Cordiers, in Quimperlé, for a departmental course supervised by Julien Kerboul, coach of the departmental committee, supported by the two coaches of the Badminton club Kemperle , Quentin Tuaillon and Jérôme Aubert. “We have 17 players from the chick to cadet categories. We organized it in Quimperlé because we have several players from the club who have been selected, but there are also players from the clubs of Concarneau, Trégunc and Relecq-Kerhuon,” explains Quentin Tuaillon. Young badistas prepare in particular for regional and national tournaments.
Following this first course, BCK will also organize internal courses at the club, from Wednesday October 23 to Friday October 25, then next week, from Monday October 28 to Wednesday October 30.
A great program for the BCK
The rest of the BCK season will be full of events. “Our next big meeting at home will be the fourth day of the Nationale 3 interclubs, Saturday November 10. We are also in full preparation for our regional tournament which will be organized from November 23 to 24: we are expecting around 230 players,” indicates Quentin Tuaillon. Subsequently, the BCK will also organize a round of the youth circuit on December 15.
The year 2025 will allow us to experience several national level events, starting with the veterans tournament, on January 18 and 19, which will integrate, for the first time, the national elite veterans circuit. The national tournament in Quimperlé, on April 12 and 13, will also be the final round of the FFBad elite circuit. “Our club is well recognized since we will also host, during the Easter holidays, a national training course with the twenty best French youngsters,” adds Quentin Tuaillon.
