This is one of the passages, contained in the reasons for the sentence, with which the president of the fourth section of the Court, Bruno Fasciana, with the side judges Daniela Vascellaro and Giangaspare Camerini, argued for the conviction of the accountant and former president of the Rosanero board of auditors Anastasio Morosi sentenced to 4 years and 4 months in prison for the financial affairs of the old Palermo football team, at the time led by Maurizio Zamparini (pictured)who passed away on February 1, 2022 during the hearing for which the extinction of the crime was declared.
