National Football League Europe (NFL Europe)
The NFL Europe emerged in 1995 from the predecessor World League of American Football, in which both European and American teams played. Initially the name was shortened to simply World League and there were only European teams in the league. In 1998 it was renamed NFL Europe and in 2006 it was renamed NFL Europe. The following season was the last, and the league was dissolved in 2007.
The following teams played for the World Bowl between 1995 and 2007.
