Timothée Chalamet will have to make an effort to look the same. Inviting himself on Sunday afternoon to a competition of his lookalikes, theactor Franco-American did not return home with the 50 dollars awarded to the winner in his pockets.
Many men in their twenties with curly hair gathered for this competition held in Washington Square Park in New York. According to information from Varietythe actor, notably film Wonka, invited himself there about 30 minutes after the start of the competition.

To pull off his surprise, Timothée “Chalamet slipped through the crowded crowd, hiding behind a black mask and a baseball cap,” says Variety. The actor went so far as to stand with two look-alikes to pose for photos. That’s when he decided to take off his mask, quickly leading to screams across the park.
But not all people recognized it. In the crowd, some continued to be interested in the look-alikes, unable to believe that the actor was actually among them.
