Our team started with a victory in the EuroCup Women by beating Baxi Ferrol 83-66 in the first match of the season.
In the match we started with Gökşen Fitik, Julie Vanloo, Meltem Yıldızhan, Brianna Fraser and Jisu Park, four of our basketball players scored double-digit points. Fraser became our top scorer with 21 points and 7 rebounds. Park had a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Ayşegül Günay contributed 12 points and Ayşe Cora contributed 11 points.
We will play our next match in the EuroCup Women regular season against the KP Brno team on October 23.
