This Sunday night, the American basketball legend, Vince Carterwas finally immortalized by being part of the 2024 class of inductees to the NBA Hall of Fame.

During the year 2000, Vince Carter was part of the team that won the Olympic medal with the United States at the Sydney Olympic Games and during that same season he won the dunk contest in the city of Oakland.
“What the dunk competition did for me, it changed my life overnight,” said Vince Carter.
Vince Carter retired from the court in 2019 playing for the Atlanta Hawks, holding the record for most seasons played in the NBA with a total of 22 seasons, a mark that remains in his possession to this day.
