Second consecutive victory for coach Gaspari‘s team against Pontedera.
MooneyGo starts well with two baskets from underneath by D’Amico but the game is always kept in balance with a maximum gap of five points in the middle of the quarter which ends with a long range basket by Speziali which scores the score 17 to 13 at the first mini break.
It’s there in the second quarter the decisive extension for the fate of the match especially with Stambolyan who in addition to putting five points in his game, with his way of playing loads his own scorer with fouls, so much so that of the two Pontedera point guards Bartolini goes out for fouls in the middle of the third half and Garbini finishes the match with four.
