Gosu Sports Match Prediction: Alexander Zverev vs Carlos Alcaraz – Zverev wins (2.1), Kasper Ruud vs Andrey Rublev – Ruud wins (2.25)

The ATP Finals group match will be held on November 15th at 10 PM (Korean time) at the Inalpi Arena in Turin, Italy. The main matches of this tournament will be broadcast live on SPOTV Prime2 and SPOTV NOW.

On Friday, the final day of the ATP Finals round robin, all four players from the John Newcombe group are expected to advance to the semifinals.

Alexander Zverev vs Carlos Alcaraz

Paris Masters winner Zverev is in a position to advance on his own by winning his first two matches. Germany’s top ranker is expected to achieve his third consecutive win against Alcaras.

Alcaras won the French Open final, but Zverev is currently playing better. In Turin, he defeated Andrey Rublev and Casper Ruud in straight sets.

Although the opponent’s record is tight at 5-5, Zverev won the previous two matches held on indoor hard courts, and also defeated Alcaraz in this tournament last year.

Both underdogs have a chance to win, but it looks like Ruud will win against Rublev in the evening’s match.

Rublev, who is undefeated, will be eliminated if Alcaras beats Zverev, and even if he does not, his chances of advancing to the semifinals are very low. On the other hand, Ruud will remain focused regardless of the outcome of the previous game.

Ruud arrived in Turin with one of his worst performances, but after beating Alcaras, he looked competitive in his match against Zverev on Wednesday, especially in the first set.

Rublev is on a 12-set losing streak at the ATP Finals, and has lost to Ruud in the semifinals in 2022 and in the group stage last season, so it seems likely that he will lose again this time.
