HUESCA |The CJ Binéfar fry have played this past Saturday, November 23, their first competition in the Copa of Aragón, in Monzalbarba. The competition has brought together more than 180 young judokas from our community, being a true success.
On behalf of the Huesca club, there were 11 male and female students, including one from Tamarite CJ, those who traveled to said competition, along with their coach Juan Mediavilla. The results of the fry have been satisfactory for the Huesca club, obtaining 6 gold medals, 3 silver and 2 bronze medals. In first place were Alba Viu, Cristian Arrazola, Erika Martinez, Zoe Agrelo, Blanca Morillo and Adrián Cuello (TCJ). The second places went to Noa Larrul, Neizan Padilla and Martín García. With the bronze they made Lucas Casas and Diego Bardají. It was a very enriching day where the good talent that the club has was demonstrated.
On Sunday, November 24, two of the children they disputed the Getafe Super Cup 2024which brought together hundreds of judokas from all over Spain. In men’s category, Iván Llena -50 fell in the quarterfinals, achieving a 5th placewhile in the female category Sara Maull +63, he managed to get on the podium by hanging his silver medalafter having a magnificent competition.
The club judoka, Aminata Coulibaly (-63), is part of the ONCE National Judo Team. EThis past weekend they traveled to Netherlands to dispute the Venray Get Together Tournament 2024 Netherlands Venray, tournament organized by the EJU (European Judo Union). The results for the young athlete, being her first year in a new category, have been excellent, winning the third place when the bronze was wonafter a great competition.
