On the first day of this year’s Muttkrate tournament in Jülich, many Brühl judoka celebrated great successes.
In the U14 male category, Florian Hombach impressed across the board up to 31kg. “Flo” won four fights early and took gold.
The U14 female from Brühl was unbeatable this Saturday. Mimi Zarafana, Anni Hemmerling and Nike Reckenfelder Bäumer all won gold medals in their respective weight classes.
Mathea Ling won the silver medal in the U17 female category.
Her brother won the men’s U17 up to 73kg four times in a row and came first. Matteo Imbriani was able to win the bronze medal with two wins under 50kg.
The Brühl kids also really hit it big on the second day of the Muttkrate tournament!
Annelie Müller and Luana Venezia both won gold in the girls under 10 category. Telma Linden won the bronze medal. Leo Klein was able to win gold among the boys in the same age group.
In the female youth U12 it rained silver medals. Leonie Chamier, Katharina Golland, Jasmin Gradante and Amelie Roggendorf only had to admit defeat in the final.
For the boys, however, it rained gold medals. Christian Cherdron, Emil Hermes, Henri Klein, Jannis Müller and Janus van Zyl could not be beaten this Sunday. Henri Hemmerling and Felix Wirtz concluded this great day of competition for the Brühl kids by winning the silver medal!
At the same time, Mirella Golland fought for a good 7th place with four wins at the U17 national tournament in Holzwickede.
