18 Italian players registered, an interesting test for young players and second lines

From Friday 15th to Sunday 17th November the 2024 European Under 23 Judo Championships. As usual, the program of the continental youth event includes the holding of fourteen individual weight categories (seven for each gender) and, on the final day, the mixed team test (3 male and 3 female categories).

Italy will exploit the maximum contingent available and will therefore present itself in the Polish town with a delegation of 18 athletes for the individual tests. In the women’s field they will fight Asia Avanzato (48 kg), Giulia Ghiglione (48 kg), Agnese Zucco (63 kg), Carlotta Avanzato (63 kg), Claudia Sperotti (70 kg), Ludovica Franzosi (70 kg), Irene Caleo (78 kg), Erica Simonetti (+78 kg) and Tiziana Marini (+78 kg).

As for the men’s sector, we will see in action Emiliano Lattanzi (60 kg), Francesco Pio Stefanelli (60 kg), Giuseppe De Tullio (66 kg), Federico Ninfo (66 kg), Samuel Salvo (73 kg), Bright Maddaloni Nosa (81 kg), Alessandro Bellini (81 kg ), Enrico Signorini (90 kg) and Jean Carletti (100 kg).
