Red Sparks recently managed to recover and return to winning ways after being able to defeat Expressway Hi-Pass in the first round of the V-League match earlier this season.
The team nicknamed Red Force was able to beat Hi-Pass as the host with a score of 3-0 (25-22, 29-27 and 25-21) at Gimcheon Gymnasium, South Korea.
In this match, Ko Hee-jin’s boys were able to appear solid and show improved performance compared to the previous match, where they lost to IBK Altos at home.
Especially the two mainstay players, namely Megawati Hangestri and Vanja Bukilic, who consistently showed good performances throughout the start of this season.
Megawati Hangestri herself managed to become the top scorer after scoring 23 points and 56 percent attack success and 41 percent attack efficiency in the match.
