The content of the lessons includes technical and tactical training, physical training, etc.
This training camp also specially invited Ou Chuliang to provide guidance and training on footwork for young tennis players. During the ice-breaking training session, Ou Chuliang personally demonstrated the essentials of footwork, and teamed up with Li Zhe to conduct team confrontation drills with the players participating in the training camp.
