Like every year, this year also a tennis ball tournament was organized from 12th to 16th November at Akhra Bhata Tukda under the auspices of New Star Cricket Club. A total of 32 teams participated in this tournament.
In this tournament, Big Dhaba won the first prize, Karidogar second prize, Dhamanghutkuri third prize and Small Dhaba won the fourth prize by taking part in the grand event. In the inauguration of the said event, the chief guest, Sarpanch representative of Gram Panchayat Salhejharia, Shiv Kishore Sahu, Panch Jeevan Lal Ratray, Lileshwar Kosaria, Nohar Singh, Anjor Singh, President Chudamani Ratray, Vice President Hari Barik and all the players were present.
