Next to EJU Vice President Otto Kneitinger took Teodor PopDJB Chairman of the Board Frank DoetschEJU-IT-Chef Matthias Fischer and the assistant to the senior vice president Jennifer Harroder from our country.
The elections of the association’s leadership for the next four years took place at the EJU level. Dr. László Tóth of Hungary was re-elected as president. There are also three vice presidents: Ivan Todorov (SRB/Marketing), Catarina Rodrigues (POR/Sport) and Kristiina Pekkola (SWE/Education). For the first time in the history of the EJU, there are two female vice-presidents in office.
Dr. László Tóth promises continued stability and further development.

There are new personnel details for the DJB in Budapest. Otto Kneitinger says goodbye after 25 years and resigns from his EJU office as Vice President. For this will Teodor Adrian Pop together with Gévrise Emane (FRA) and Ronnie Saez (GBR) Education Director.
“The DJB looks forward to continued trusting cooperation with the EJU and will support Teo Pop in his tasks as much as possible,” says Frank Doetsch.
Honors and awards were announced during the 76th EJU Ordinary Congress to recognize years of service and support and to highlight examples of Judo values in practice in our community. Among other things, Otto Kneitinger received the EJU Order of Merit and Maya Toszegi received the Fair Play Award.
