Algım Barrier-Free Basketball Tournament was Held with Great Enthusiasm

The 9th Algım Special Education Center Barrier-Free Turnstile Basketball Tournament, which is traditionally held every year in order to raise awareness about individuals in need of special education in our society, was held at the Nicosia Atatürk Indoor Sports Hall this year, with the contributions of Telsim, as every year.

Students of Algım Special Education Center, Nicosia Business Education and Special Education Center, Yesilyurt Special Education Center and Kyrenia Special Education Center participated in the 9th Barrier-Free Basketball Tournament. The matches witnessed enjoyable moments.

After the exciting matches, Telsim General Manager Sefer Tüz and Deputy General Manager Fevzi Tanpınar presented the medals to the children.

Officials of Algım Private Education Center, which hosts the tournament, stated that they are very happy to be organizing the basketball tournament, which is traditionally held every year, again this year with the contributions of Telsim. He stated that their aim as an institution is to make children happy and to show them that they can achieve anything whenever they want. He expressed his gratitude to the Telsim family, which has been contributing to the tournaments for 9 years, the participating schools and all the children.

Telsim General Manager Sefer Tüz stated that they, as Telsim, are extremely happy to take part in the Accessible Basketball Tournament held every year, to witness the happiness on the children’s faces, to share their success and experience that excitement together. Expressing his gratitude to Algım Special Education Center Director Evren Karademir, Tüz stated that special children have equal conditions in social life and that they will always continue to support organizations that raise awareness.
