BarcelonaThe Mossos d’Esquadra are investigating an alleged gang rape of a homeless woman in Girona. According to SER Catalunya and confirmed by ARA, the events would have taken place on October 25 around one in the morning during the Sant Narcís Fairs, in an area close to the Fontajau pavilion. The Catalan police believe that there were two perpetrators involved in the attack.
Four days later, on October 29, the Mossos identified and arrested one of the perpetrators: an 18-year-old boy with no police record. The detainee was brought before the court and released with precautionary measures.
Now, the Mossos continue to work to identify and locate the second perpetrator of the attack.
