Osterholz-Scharmbeck/Schwanewede. “Violence doesn’t come in the bag” – that’s what it will say on Monday, November 25th, on many sandwich bags in the community of Schwanewede and the city of Osterholz-Scharmbeck. The equal opportunities officers Dörthe Kleppe from Schwanewede and Melanie Zylka from Osterholz-Scharmbeck distributed 17,000 bags to bakeries.
The campaign is initiated by the PrimA-Prevention network in the northwest. The aim is to increase awareness of the offers of help against violence against women. “We are very pleased about the willingness to cooperate of the bakeries, the guild and the Chamber of Crafts, who support this campaign,” said Zylka and Kleppe.
