The Lakers have made a new questionable decision on the market, far from convincing the supporters. A mistake on the part of the front office and Rob Pelinka? It wouldn’t be the first for the Californian GM.
With a 4-2 record, it is clear that the Lakers are off to a good start to the season NBA under the orders of JJ Redick. Some observers expected much worse, especially with this opening match against Wolves, but the players are doing the job. For now at least. Too early to judge in the long term, however, the supporters have regained confidence.
If this is the case for the players and the coaching staff, it is another thing with the front office. Many fans are still banking on D’Angelo Russell leaving, while Jalen Hood-Schifino will be released at the end of the campaign. The rookie, in his second season, has not given satisfaction in the City of Angels since he was drafted by the Lakers.

With an injury and an average of 1.6 points in 5 minutes of play last season, Hood-Schifino does not really seem to have had the opportunity to express himself with the Angelinos since he arrived in Los Angeles. A problem for some supporters, who do not understand the front office’s decision.

Are the Lakers completely wrong about this matter? This would not be surprising to some observers, the franchise being far from making only good decisions on the market. Enough to annoy people, especially if Jalen Hood-Schifino starts to shine elsewhere.
