Alexander Milosevic, 32, has soon played his last game for AIK.
The team captain leaves the club when the contract expires at the end of the season.
The Express was the first to report that Milosevic is leaving AIK.
Sportbladet also has the same information, which means that the centre-back will play his last match with AIK against Halmstad on Sunday.
Wanted to stay
Just over a month ago, Milosevic told Sportbladet that he had not heard anything from AIK about a contract extension. Even though he himself wanted to stay.
– It has to come from two sides. I have just over two months left on the contract and haven’t heard anything. As a footballer, you also have to look at your own house sometimes if a club doesn’t want one, Milosevic said.
Won gold
Milosevic has played in AIK for three seasons during his career. He emerged as a junior at the club and made his debut in 2011. He has since returned twice between overseas adventures in Turkey, Germany, England and Denmark.
During his career, he has, among other things, won a SM gold with AIK, won the U21 EC with Sweden and played nine A national matches.
