A rather satisfactory Sunday for the club’s cadet group, 6 of them participated in the Riorges Tournament in the <a href="https://www.archysport.com/2022/01/cholet-judo-circus-rollerblading-sports-activities-for-children-during-the-holidays/" title="Cholet. Judo, circus, rollerblading… Sports activities for children during the holidays”>Loire.
A level tournament adapted to the practice of our club’s judokas without being unaffordable, particularly for tournaments labeled A or excellence.
Very good behavior from our group who knew how to express themselves throughout the competition. Great preparation for the departments.
The results:
Thomas Saunier is 3rd (1st of the group 2 fights won by Ippon, wins the quarter finals before losing the semi, then wins 3rd place)
Anthon Weiss is 7th (1st of group 2 fights won by ippon. 16th won by waza ari. 8th lost. 1st repechage won, and 2nd repechage fight lost.)
Melina Gehanno is 7th (1st fight of group 2 won by Ippon, loses in 1/4 final, wins the 1st replacement fight and loses the next one)
Anthony Madjaris is 9th (1st in group 2 fights won by Ippon, then loses in the final table)
Yanis Louaer unranked (a fight won by ippon in the group then lost in the final draw)
Livia Chabert unranked (loses her 2 group fights)
