There is an exciting opportunity for all young people and adults who love sports: the American Football Club South West Wolves invites you to an open try-out on Saturday, November 23, 2024. From 4:00 p.m. on the sports field at Breitwieshalle 1, 66606 St. Wendel, anyone interested can get to know the basics of this dynamic sport and gain their first experiences.
Insights and exercises
The try-out is aimed at both beginners and advanced users. No previous knowledge is necessary – the focus is on an introduction to the sport, practical exercises and getting to know the team spirit that characterizes American football. The basic movements and techniques are taught at various stations. Coaches and experienced players are available to provide tips and assistance.
Participants should bring sports clothing and, if possible, sports shoes. The necessary equipment will be provided on site.
