The German Badminton Association (DBV) is inviting applications for the following DBV events for the 2025-2026 playing season.
- 2nd DBV ranking tournament 2025 in the O19 age group
Friday, August 15th, to Sunday, August 17th, 2025 - 3rd DBV ranking tournament 2025 in the O19 age group
Friday, September 12th to Sunday, September 14th, 2025 - 4th DBV ranking tournament 2025 in the O19 age group
Friday, November 14th, to Sunday, November 16th, 2025 - 1st DBV ranking tournament 2026 in the O19 age group
Friday, March 27th, to Sunday, March 29th, 2026
The following requirements apply to applications:
1. The respective natural shuttlecock brand and type is determined by the DBV. The organizer has the right to make suggestions. This right of suggestion is limited to those natural badminton brands/varieties that are determined by the DBV Executive Board in May 2025 for use at DBV events in the 2025/2026 season.
2. The organizer is responsible for advertising the respective event. The organizer reserves the right to advertise the event, in particular the use of advertising rights and advertising opportunities. The transfer of advertising rights and advertising opportunities is regulated in the organizer contract.
3. The following must be enclosed with the respective application:
a) favorable statement from the relevant regional badminton association; b) Hall usage agreement/approval.
4. It must be ensured in advance that sufficient hotel capacity is not restricted by any major events that may take place (e.g. trade fairs).
5. The sample contract for the above-mentioned events as well as the current application form are available for download on the DBV website.

Applications to host the above DBV events must be submitted in writing, exclusively using the current application form, by January 1st5 January 2025 (Incoming mail) should be sent to the DBV office, including the evidence mentioned under 3a) and b). Applications received from other sources cannot be considered.
The event is awarded by the Committee for Competitive Sports, Department O19.
