(4) Match combinations will be determined by the hosting association.
(5) As a general rule, a player who receives a red card will not be able to participate in subsequent matches of the tournament. However, the final decision will be made by the tournament discipline committee.

*For tied/draw matches in this tournament, if the winner cannot be decided within the match time, the match will be declared a draw.
*Regarding participation in the next round, participation will be determined by the following procedure.
(Penalty tries count as tries, but do not count as goals.)
- The team with the most tries will participate in the next round.
- If there is a tie in the number of tries, the team with the most penalty tries will participate in the next match.
- If there is a tie in the number of penalty tries, the team with the most goals will participate in the next match.
