This tournament aims to develop players for the U15 junior high school generation, and by holding a tournament for representative teams from each prefectural association, it will revitalize junior high school rugby activities in each region of the country and encourage interaction among junior high school players. ■Competition rules and competition methods:

(4) Match combinations will be determined by the hosting association.

(5) As a general rule, a player who receives a red card will not be able to participate in subsequent matches of the tournament. However, the final decision will be made by the tournament discipline committee.

*For tied/draw matches in this tournament, if the winner cannot be decided within the match time, the match will be declared a draw.

*Regarding participation in the next round, participation will be determined by the following procedure.

(Penalty tries count as tries, but do not count as goals.)

  • The team with the most tries will participate in the next round.
  • If there is a tie in the number of tries, the team with the most penalty tries will participate in the next match.
  • If there is a tie in the number of penalty tries, the team with the most goals will participate in the next match.
  • If the above cannot be determined, participation in the next match will be determined by lottery.

*If there is a tie in the finals of each block, both teams will be declared winners.

*Cancellation, interruption, or shortening of the tournament will be determined separately by the organizing association.

■Commendation:

(1) The first block will be the winning, runner-up and 3rd place teams, the 2nd block will be the winning and 2nd place teams of each schedule (first and second half), and the third block will be the winning, runner-up and 3rd place teams.

The 30th Commemorative Tournament Block will award the winning and 2nd place teams.
