Another midweek. Avellino arrives on Wednesday

Other important challenges, which concern Cantù, in the day which ends tomorrow. Today Juvi Cremona-Piacenza and Forlì-Livorno will be played, tomorrow all the other matches will focus in particular on Nardò-Rieti and Avellino-Udine.

With the month of November, the fateful midweek rounds also return, Wednesday 6th and 13th. Two were “consumed” in October: Cantù played one at home against Brindisi and one away in Verona, with 4 points won.

Now many important matches are arriving in just a few days: on Wednesday S.Bernardo will return to the field in Desio, to face newly promoted Avellino at 8.30pm, then they will face the away match in Vigevano on Sunday 10th, and then return to the Desio parquet on Wednesday 13th against Fortitudo Bologna , for a curiously unprecedented match in these four years of Serie A2.

Then, for a few weeks, there will be no more mid-week shifts, other than the one agreed by Cantù with Juvi Cremona on 11 December. This is the match originally scheduled for Sunday 24 November, but rescheduled to allow Joonas Riismaa to respond to the call of the Estonian national team, involved in the double match against Poland for the EuroBasket qualifiers.

The midweek rounds scheduled in the calendar will return in January, on the 15th and 29th: Cantù will face them away on the pitches of Juvi Cremona and Fortitudo Bologna.
