This is how you can check your results
As a member of mybigpoint, you can view your personal DTB results and evaluation protocol with the scores directly in your profile in the section PLAYER retrieve.
The online results log contains the current recording status of the results in the ranking system. The online results and evaluation log from the last ranking date contains the results from the time of the last ranking calculation and will only be updated when the new rankings are published.
A result in the DTB protocol is missing
The current recording status of the ranking-relevant tournaments in the TRP system generally corresponds to the status of the RL tournaments that can be accessed in mybigpoint via the tournament search with the result data stored there. The completed tournaments will be transferred from the national tennis database to the TRP system in a timely manner, but there may be a slight delay in matches appearing in the log.
Please note: It can take one to two weeks for the completed tournaments to be shown on the DTB results logs at mybigpoint.
Who can help if results are missing?
If you are still missing results from tournaments in the online results logs one to two weeks after the tournament has been completed, please first check whether tableaus for these events are already available on mybigpoint. If this is not the case, please ask the tournament organizer when they will send the results for the ranking and LK rankings.
If you miss team games on your results report, please contact your regional association directly and request that they be checked. Until further notice, association team games from the winter and summer seasons will only be played shortly before the deadline of March 31st. and 30.09. transferred to the TRP system and published on the online results logs.
