This 11-a-side soccer tournament brings together eight players from 250 male student soccer teams from Ho Chi Minh City National University member schools. According to Huynh Duc Tan, co-chair of the tournament organizing committee, eight teams will be drawn and divided into two groups, with each group calculating ranking points through a round robin method. The 11th and 11th place teams in each group will advance to the semi-finals. The three semi-final winners will compete for the championship. In the semi-finals and finals, if both teams are tied after the end of the official match, the winner will be determined by a 100-meter penalty shootout.
