Badminton
BENNEKOM Badminton has been played enthusiastically in Bennekom for over 40 years at the Badminton Association Bennekom, Ede en Omstreek, better known as BEO. What once started as a small recreational club has grown into a friendly association where young and old play sports together in a casual atmosphere.
Badminton is no longer just a game for the campsite or in the backyard. Thanks to the Olympic Games and championships on TV, interest in this fast and dynamic sport is growing. At BEO you can experience this energy yourself.
Every Tuesday evening, the De Soetendaal sports hall on the Halderweg in Bennekom turns into a meeting place for sporty recreationists. BEO’s motto is clear: sporty and fun badminton for everyone. Beginners and experienced players play together, regularly switching partners and opponents. Fun and mutual appreciation are central.
