Badminton Ireland has announced the renewal of its partnership with Carlton Hotels for a further three years.
This extended collaboration will continue to provide quality accommodation for athletes, officials, and staff attending Badminton Ireland’s events, helping ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
As part of the renewed agreement, Carlton Hotels’ locations in Blanchardstown and near Dublin Airport will play a crucial role in supporting Badminton Ireland’s commitment to its visiting athletes, court officials and spectators, providing convenient and comfortable accommodation for players travelling from around the world.
In particular, Carlton Hotels will be a key partner for the upcoming International Para Badminton tournament in 2026, an event that will bring the best para badminton players from around the globe to Dublin for one of the sport’s most prestigious competitions.
“We’re thrilled to continue our partnership with Carlton Hotels,” said Conor Doherty, International Events Manager at Badminton Ireland.
“Their support is invaluable, especially as so many of our athletes travel from overseas to compete in our events.”
“It’s critical that we offer them a comfortable and welcoming experience, and Carlton Hotels consistently deliver. Their commitment to supporting our Para Badminton tournament in 2026, in particular, will be instrumental in bringing this significant event to Dublin.”
“We are honoured to renew our partnership with Badminton Ireland for another three years,” added Martin Dagger, General Manager of the Blanchardstown Carlton Hotel.
“We are proud to support the exceptional athletes, officials, and staff who bring their dedication and passion to Badminton Ireland’s events.”
“As hosts, we are committed to providing all guests with a comfortable, seamless experience at our Carlton Hotel Blanchardstown and Carlton Hotel Dublin Airport locations. We look forward to welcoming players, coaches, and fans from around the world, and we are especially excited to support the upcoming International Para Badminton tournament in 2026. This prestigious event will undoubtedly be a milestone in Irish sport, and we are grateful to play a part in making it a success.”
