The women’s final day on November 16th (Saturday) will feature two games: the third match, Ohka Gakuen (Aichi) vs. Showa Gakuin (Chiba), and the fourth match, Kyoto Seika Gakuen vs. Gifu Girls. Both teams in the 4th game are tied with 11 points with 6 wins and 1 loss, making it a highly anticipated final where whoever wins this final game will be crowned champion.
On the men’s final day on the 17th (Sunday), there are two cards: the third match, Fukuoka Daiichi vs. Minokamo (Gifu), and the fourth match, Kaishi Kokusai (Niigata) vs. Higashiyama (Kyoto). Last year’s champion Kaishi Kokusai, who will be appearing in the fourth match, won a close-to-the-dohyo match against Fukuoka Ohori, who had won all the games the previous week.
