The first place in the list of game sales at the largest Czech gaming retailer Smarty.cz and JRC remains unchanged compared to September. “EA Sports FC 25 finished in first place by a long distance and follows in the footsteps of its predecessors,” describes Petr Kratochvíl for the seller.

The silver bar goes to the legend in a new coat – Silent Hill 2 Remake – which was a great success not only on the domestic market. Bronze ends NHL 25, which hit store shelves at the end of September.
Just below the podium is another October release, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. “It won a nice fourth place despite the fact that a PC or XBOX player can get it much cheaper thanks to the GamePass subscription, which also experienced increased sales in our country.” adds Petr Kratochvíl. Another novelty among the best-selling games of October is another remaster of the legend – Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft.
An exclusive title for Nintendo Switch – Super Mario Jamboree – appears in eighth place. At the end of the list we find the novelty and exclusive of last month – Astro Bot, and at the very tail is the magical Hogwarts Legacy.
At the Xzone.cz retailer, October was full of great gaming news, all of which managed to place themselves in the gaming top ten. However, the return of the cult classic Silent Hill 2 from the PlayStation 2 era enjoyed the greatest interest among gamers.
In second place was another classic – the remastered adventure of Lara Croft, which received a physical release after its digital premiere.

The third position then belongs to the long-awaited sequel Dragon Age: The Veilguard, which had only one day in the ranking.
“All the games on the podium prove that hardcore titles are still doing great in the Xzone. This also applies to the boxed edition of Alan Wake 2, for which our customers – collectors – have waited patiently for a whole year since the original digital release,” explains Jan Bobrovský for Xzone, that even the delayed release of games in a box makes sense.
