Trained on playgrounds New Yorker, Carlos Pepin led basketball, American football and athletics (with a personal best of 2.02 m in height) all the way to university. It is in NCAA II that this American-Saint Lucian played between 2018 and 2023, at the East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, before launching his professional career in the summer championship of the Dominican Republic. After his debut with the San Francisco Indios, he completely changed context by leaving for a new adventure in Bulgaria. But unpaid salaries at BC Beroe Stara Zagora led him to leave the club to move to Bosnia-Herzegovina, to play at Siroki Brijeg, a club playing both the championship and the ABA League 2. His effectiveness on site (13 .1 points at 54.7% and 6.9 rebounds in 25 minutes) and his potential did not escape the AMSB network which gave him his chance in Pro B. A perfect springboard for the rest of a career which looks promising.
