National athlete Pınar Benek and her coach Rıdvan Budak, who achieved great success, were welcomed with a magnificent ceremony at Şırnak Şerafettin Elçi Airport upon their return to the championship.
Governor Birol Ekici, Şırnak University Rector Prof.Dr. attended the welcoming ceremony. Abdurrahim Alkış, Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports Sports Services Manager Nihat Avcı, Pınar Benek’s family and many citizens attended.
World champion national athlete Pınar Benek, who was welcomed with flowers by Governor Birol Ekici, then passed through Cizre and went to her hometown Uludere, accompanied by a convoy of hundreds of vehicles.
