Central preparatory course for 1st and 2nd Kyu in Mitterfels

At least three to four times a year, the teaching and examination officer Hossi Meknatgoo, 6th Dan in the Lower Bavaria district organizes a preparatory course according to the new DJB graduation system with the possibility of graduation for all Kyu levels up to and including 1st Kyu.

After a 5-hour course in Mitterfels for the central graduation for all Kyu levels in the Lower Bavaria district.

The district examination and teaching officer Hossi Meknatgoo and Marion Vogl (TSV Mitterfels) welcomed 9 judokas from Lower Bavaria and the Munich district. Despite a few short-term cancellations due to illness, the course took place as planned.

As part of the graduation system, judokas have to demonstrate many different techniques and variations. In addition, for the brown belt (1st Kyu), the last level before the black belt, a part of the Nage-no-kata must be performed. Kata is a stylized form of fighting in which given techniques must be demonstrated in a fixed sequence and manner of execution.

The examinees were able to demonstrate their tasks in the floor and standing programs during the training, and the kata was demonstrated by the examinees at the end of the training.

All examinees mastered the requirements placed on them and passed the exam. Hossi Meknatgoo and Marion Vogl were able to congratulate Philipp Heimann, Eduard Hermann, Christian Eckbauer (Nippon Passau), Felix Michahelles, German Skzazkov, Teo Willemen, Kilian Rauh (TS Jahn Munich) as well as Emily Liebl and Antonia Deutinger (TSV Deggendorf) on their new belt color.
