A report from the Federal Equal Treatment Commission, 31 pages long, dated October 23, 2024: It is about racist harassment of a black woman in the public service.

The fact that such documents reach the Constitutional Court is not in itself unusual, as the highest court repeatedly examines complaints in accordance with the principle of equal treatment, which can also be accompanied by reports from the Equal Treatment Commission. But this time it’s about the Supreme Court itself. It’s about a discrimination case that affects the management level of the Constitutional Court.
