Court Sports – Destination Irvine

Anteater Stadium is home to the UC Irvine track and field and football programs. The stadium has a number of dual-sport facilities including a 2,500-seat terrace, LED scoreboard and Musco Stadium lighting. The football field measures 120 yards x 72 yards and consists of 419 manicured Bermuda lawns.

The Bren Events Center, located on the campus of UC Irvine, is Orange County’s ideal venue for a variety of sports, music performances, exhibitions and other public events. Home to the UC Irvine basketball and volleyball programs, the Bren Events Center provides high-quality, high-energy entertainment to thousands of fans each year.

The Championship Football Stadium features 5,000 spectator seats, locker and training facilities, ticket office, concession area, upper-level observation deck, municipal sports office, berm seating area and a full-size football field.

Opened in 2002, Cicerone Field at Anteater Field is arguably one of the premier college baseball facilities on the West Coast and is home to the UC Irvine baseball team. The most notable features of Anteater Ballpark include chair-back seating and a festival seating area on the berm lawn.

The 194-acre site now features a championship soccer field (home to Orange County’s only professional soccer team, OC Soccer Club), 12 baseball and softball fields, 13 soccer fields, 5 sand volleyball courts, 25 nets ball field, 8 basketball courts, flexible court space and a children’s play area.
