The Municipal Administration, in addition to pursuing the set objectives, relating to notable works
relevance for our City, which are currently underway: the renovation of the former hospital, the
spillway, the redevelopment of the baseball field and other planned works, such as: the
recovery of the area relating to the former mill in via Caneva, the creation of new cemetery niches, the
roundabout in the Spineto hamlet, in the summer of 2024, thanks to the commitment of all the administrators and
in particular of the Department of Public Works led by the deputy mayor Teodoro Medaglia,
various interventions were carried out in addition to normal maintenance, which constitute maintenance work
smaller economic entity but necessary to improve the liveability of citizens and precisely:
CEMETERY: after years of requests from many citizens we have proceeded with the reconstruction of the
toilets which were in pitiful conditions, for a sum of around 45,000.00
euro.
SCHOOLS: in the hamlet of Spineto we have completed, with the replacement of the windows,
the energy efficiency of the school building. We also carried out other small works
of maintenance for a total of 93,000.00 euros.
MARTINETTI CONGRESS CENTER: we went over the roof again, as there were several
infiltrations and put the fire prevention system back into operation for a sum of 10,000.00 euros.
GYMS: we are completing the replacement work at the elementary school gym
floor that was redone in 2016 (I leave the relevant considerations to you), we are carrying out
the efficiency of the electrical system and we repainted the premises.
At the gym in via Trabucco, however, we are about to make the system more efficient
lighting and the installation of awnings, for a total amount of 90,000.00 euros.
These works will certainly bring savings both on the cost of electricity and on that of
heating.
PIAZZA VITTORIO VENETO: we are about to complete the redevelopment work on part of the square for
an amount of approximately 17,900.00 euros, thanks to the funds allocated by the Land Trade District
Canavesane.
PALAZZO ANTONELLI: relamping for an amount of 70,000.00 euros.
Furthermore, safety works will begin shortly on Via Micheletto in the hamlet of
Muriaglio for the amount of approximately 90,000.00 euros and the water management works in via
Rome, for an amount of 80,000.00 euros.

The total of all these works amounts to approximately 495,900.00 euros and the feasibility of the works themselves
