Châteauneuf-sur-Loire. Specific departmental training. Friday, at the intercommunal sports hall, the Castelneuvien judo club hosted a departmental animation, development and training center (Cedap), led by Patrick Mery, technical manager of Loiret judo.
“This training intended for adults but also for children is organized by geographical sector and aims to move knowledge, in this case my experience, within the department. This prevents interested judokas from having to travel long distances and thus allows as many people as possible to participate.”
After the warm-up, Patrick adapts his program according to the age and level of the audience present.
Friday, it was made up of adults from six clubs, including Châteauneuf. This was an opportunity for participants to practice differently and to discuss the new techniques learned and put into practice.
