Saharanpur. District level junior boys and girls table tennis competition was held on Tuesday at Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Sports Stadium. Dimple, Saloni and Ruhi Nawaz won in the girls’ category and Soham, Jitaman, Sarthak and Ayansh won in the boys’ category.
The competition was organized under the supervision of sports officer Animesh Saxena. In this, 48 boys and 29 girl players from the district participated. The competition was inaugurated by District Panchayat Raj Officer Alok Sharma. The players participated with enthusiasm and secured first, second and third positions in the competition. At the end, the awards were distributed by Alankar Kishore. Jatin, Renu Tripathi, Shagun etc. were instrumental in successfully organizing the competition.
