The elective general assembly of the Federation will take place on Saturday November 23, 2024 at 10 a.m. at the headquarters of the French Volleyball Federation (4 rue des Sarrazins – 94600 Créteil) with live videoconference broadcast.

- It consists of two quorum.
- Opening address of the electoral operations monitoring commission.
- Renewal of the steering committee.
- Closing remarks by the newly elected president.
Convocations and vote counting
The summons (sent by email to the members of the Assembly) and annexed documents as well as the vote count are available on the federal E-license extranet in the “Documents” Menu -> “FFBS” folder -> “Federal Elections” folder 2024” as well as on the dedicated page of the federal site: https://ffbs.fr/agenda/assemblee-generale-elective/
Club voting arrangements
Votes will be opened electronically from November 12, 2024 and closed on November 23, 2024 after deliberation by the meeting.
The November 12 at the earliest at 8 a.m.an email will be sent to each affiliated clubup to date with his 2024 contribution and having voting rights, on thepersonal email address of the President as provided on E-license, unless expressly instructed to be sent no later than November 4, 2024. SMS will also be addressed, on the President’s personal cell phone you club.
They will contain a personal voting link allowing you to connect to the electronic voting area.
