Enerjisa Üretim, Turkey’s leading private sector energy company, met with children for the 14th time at the basketball camps held in Kahramanmaraş Elbistan, in cooperation with Güler Legacy. To date, the camps have introduced more than 2,100 children to basketball.

Basic basketball training for more than 50 children in three days
After the basketball camps previously held in Çanakkale, Balıkesir, Aydın, Muğla and Adana, Kahramanmaraş’s Elbistan district hosted the basketball camp. The basketball camp, which was organized with approximately 50 children last year, took place this year at the Elbistan Youth and Sports Directorate Sports Hall. During the three-day camp, children were given basic basketball training and jerseys and basketballs were distributed. In addition to Enerjisa Production managers and Güler Legacy instructors, former national basketball players Necati Güler and Muratcan Güler also accompanied the lessons. Kahramanmaraş Elbistan camp was the 14th basketball camp organized in cooperation with Enerjisa Üretim and Güler Legacy.
Performance measurement and monitoring was done
In this camp, where students between the ages of 8-15 receive basic basketball training, the athletic performance of children is measured and monitored, while the development of basic motor skills, basic basketball stance, ball control and dribbling, shooting mechanics, defense, attack knowledge, passing types, basic game rules, teamwork. , communication and cooperation, and the techniques of educational games were explained.
