Almost 20 years ago, the Fous du Volant badminton club was created in Estillac and allows around thirty people to come and hit the shuttlecock to let off steam but also share moments of conviviality. Affiliated with the French Badminton Federation, the FVCBE (Fous du volou club badminton Estillac) is mainly focused on leisure, even if some members also participate in competitions.
“Priority is given to doubles play so that everyone can play quickly. Here, we mix! We regularly change partners and opponents so that all levels mix and everyone can find what they are looking for, so no worry if you come alone, you will be in good hands and quickly integrated”, explain the members of Fous du Volant.
The price of the license is 85 euros per year for the 2024-1925 season.
4 game slots are available and everyone can come at their convenience because it is “free play”: Tuesday and Thursday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (in depending on the number of participants).
Since September, Les Fous du Volant have had access to the new Colette-Bezolles multi-activity room, located on Allée du Jardin Public in Estillac.
“If you want to test, don’t hesitate! You are entitled to 2 trial sessions and a racket will be at your disposal for the test”, add the members. Please note that it is still possible to register.
