Eurosport disappears from Canal+ and subscribers are now deprived of tennis

From this Thursday, November 14, tennis fans in France, subscribers to Canal+, will no longer be able to follow tennis competitions broadcast on Eurosport. This development marks a turning point for fans who had become accustomed to watching the ATP circuit on this channel.

The situation results from a failure of negotiations between Eurosport, owned by Warner Bros Discovery, and Canal+. Thus, Canal+ subscribers will no longer be able to access the channel which currently broadcasts the Tennis Masters, news which is particularly disappointing at the end of the season.

This decision comes in a context where the cost of sports consumption continues to increase, making access to sport increasingly complex. Warner Bros Discovery expected to provide information to viewers soon regarding the alternatives available to follow upcoming matches and competitions.
