Experience of Youth Football Training in Germany

Abstract: This paper uses the literature method and expert interview method to sort out the training experience of German youth football, aiming to learn from its successful experience and provide reference opinions for the formulation of my country’s youth football training concepts, development goals, plan implementation, system guarantees, etc. . The research results show that: the German Football Association formulates a training concept oriented towards future development, implements a “talented player training plan” with training goals oriented towards happy football, personalized football, social football and cooperative football, and improves it based on this In the youth football training stage, seven training levels are divided, the concept of fair competition for children is promoted, and a series of safeguard measures and supporting policies are implemented to ensure the success of youth football training. In the future, the training of youth football in our country should focus on updating the concept of football development, positioning football development goals, and improving the football development management model in stages. At the same time, we should promote the overall coordination of top-level football planning and the execution of local details, continue to work hard, and achieve long-term results to ensure that our country’s youth Sustainable development of football.
