The team of Table Tennis Caja Rural de Baena managed to break their losing streak by achieving their first victory of the season with a resounding 5-1 against CTM Marmolejo on the fifth day of the competition. This victory represents a turning point for the team, which climbs to the sixth position in the classification.
The heroes of the day were Juan Carlos Barea, Juan Carlos Navas and Antonio Jesús Albendínwho demonstrated a great level of play. The partials (3-1, 3-0, 3-0, 3-1, 1-3 and 3-2) reflect the dominance of the Baenense team over its rivals. Handball diverse results for CB Iponuba
The weekend left mixed results for the women’s categories of the CB Prove yourself:
- The children’s team shone with a key victory against the Smurfit Westrock (17-23).
- The fry fell by the minimum (20-19) in an exciting match against IFEM CBM.
- The cadets, however, suffered a resounding defeat (37-7) against the same rival, showing areas of improvement.
