The French women’s football team will face Nigeria in a friendly match on November 30 in Angers before facing Spain, world champions, on December 3 in Nice, the FFF announced on Tuesday, November 5. The Blues (10th in the FIFA rankings) have already been opposed to the Nigerians (36th) three times, in 2001, 2018 and 2019, for as many victories. Their new coach, Laurent Bonadei, who remains on a victory (3-0 against Jamaica) and a defeat (1-0 in Switzerland), should announce on November 21 the list of players selected for these two meetings. This block of four friendly matches serves as preparation for the Nations League from February then for the Euro in Switzerland this summer (from July 2 to 27).
