500 thousand euros for the redevelopment of the Carmine pitch, 300 thousand for both the tennis club and the baseball field in via Emilia
Over one million euros is arriving in the coffers of the Municipality of Alghero for redevelopment interventions on the sports facilities front.
The Municipality of Alghero had nominated three projects for the 50 million public notice, all in band 1 which included 16 million earmarked for plants in municipalities with a population of more than 15 thousand inhabitants.
Specifically, for the redevelopment and regeneration with safety and energy efficiency measures and construction of the synthetic grass surface of the Carmine municipal football pitch, the Municipality obtained a contribution of 500 thousand euros, as requested, with co-financing by the Municipality of 125 thousand euros for a total intervention of 625 thousand euros.
However, 300 thousand euros were assigned both for the redevelopment of the Alghero tennis club facility in Maria Pia and for the redevelopment, modernization, adaptation and safety of the baseball field in via Emilia.
