Carlo Beninati was elected for the 3rd consecutive term to the presidency of Italian Badminton Federation for the four-year Olympic period 2025-2028. The Ordinary National Elective Assembly was held today in Rome at the Hall of Honor (in the foreground photo) of the CONI Building “H”. and saw the election of the outgoing President with 1,415 preferences equal to 85.50% of the votes validly expressed.
The 9 members of the Federal Council were also elected, which includes the presence of three women and the President of the Board of Auditors.
“I am happy to have been elected for the third time to lead this great family – the words of the President Carlo Beninati -. I want to thank all the delegates present here in Rome today and my family who has accompanied me over these years. Finding myself at the helm of the Federation for the third time represents for me the mandate of maturity.”
Also present during the National Elective Assembly President of the Italian Paralympic Committee Luca Pancalli: “I have always appreciated the way in which your Federation has embraced the Paralympic world – his words -.
