Information about the use of personal data/data protection declaration
By joining, I acknowledge that my personal data (first name, last name, in some cases first and last name of the legal guardian(s), date of birth, gender, street, zip code, city, citizenship, telephone number, email address, if applicable club function) are processed on a contractual basis (membership) within the club. The purposes of the processing are club-related membership management and the sending of club and association information. The data is stored in a data protection-compliant cloud and transmitted to the market town of Kalsdorf near Graz for club funding.
The Badminton Club Kalsdorf, Großsulzer Straße 47, 8401 Kalsdorf near Graz, Tel. 0650/8204499 is responsible for the processing activities described here.
When leaving the association, all data will be deleted – provided there is no backlog of payments on the part of the member, the data is not needed to assert, exercise or defend the association’s legal claims and no longer retention of the data is required by law – at the latest within one year of leaving.
My rights in connection with data protection regulations extend to the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection to processing. I also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
Use of image/photo/video recordings
I acknowledge that photos or video recordings of me will be taken during sports or competitions for the purpose of the club’s public relations work and, if necessary, published on the website or in the local print media.
Declaration of consent to participate in competitions
I hereby declare that in the event of participation in competitions, personal data must be transmitted to the following umbrella organizations in order to process and publish the results of these competitions:

Membership is open-ended and can be canceled at any time in writing or verbally.
