The Faenza man Giovanni Morsiani, deputy vice-president FIJLKAM, announces his candidacy for the federal presidency. The election date is scheduled next December 21st. At the moment, at the helm of the judo, wrestling, karate and martial arts federations there is only one other candidate, Ezio Gamba, Olympian from Moscow ’80. with a letter to companies, managers and federal members, Morsiani illustrates some points of his program.
Morsiani’s words in view of the next election
“My door is always open, because the federation is made up of the grassroots and I intend to address the grassroots. I would like to activate a federal management system that is functional to the growth of sporting activity by developing the promotional aspect. I want to strengthen the bond between FIJLKAM and new generationsintroducing innovative programs that introduce young people to judo, wrestling, karate and the other disciplines we represent. There transparency it will be the heart of my management. It is my commitment to ensure that the federation’s resources are used efficiently and that every decision is made with the maximum involvement of the affiliated clubs. I want a FIJLKAM in which everyone can feel represented and listened to. Mine is a commitment, a challenge that I accept, a peremptory desire to achieve, with all of you, the many objectives that FIJLKAM expects from us”.
